Site Regulations.
All SMSA members must carry membership cards for the SMSA and the BMFA when using the club flying sites.
Membership cards must be presented when requested by other members of the SMSA or others connected with the flying sites.
If a incident occurs of any kind or relevant discussions with land owners then this must be reported to the safety officer safety@smsa.co.uk . If an incident occurs we need to know what happens to help protect our flying sites. Failure to report incidents is in breach or the site agreements and will result in disciplinary action.
Our flying sites are for the use of members only, if a card/membership cannot be proven then you cannot fly from our sites
Please remember that these regulations are part of the agreements made between the SMSA and the site managers/owners. Failure to comply with these agreements WILL result in the loss of our flying sites.
